With a lifelong appreciation for beauty, architecture and design, Chris draws inspiration from the balance between form and function — an outlook shaped by a family legacy of artists, builders and architects.

His first eleven years were devoted to structural design and residential construction standards, mentored by an experienced professional who helped build his technical foundation. He later expanded into millwork and cabinetry engineering before spending another eleven years at a New England architectural firm known for blending modern sensibility with timeless design, refining his expertise as an architectural draftsman and structural designer.

Outside of work he finds renewal in the rugged landscapes of the San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado, where time outdoors with his wife and their dogs provides both perspective and creative energy.

Barbara Kennedy Weiss is a Sharon, Connecticut–based interior designer known for creating refined, functional spaces inspired by the natural beauty of Litchfield County. Her work reflects a strong sense of proportion, materiality and balance.

She believes form and function are most powerful when thoughtfully aligned. Each project prioritises flow, comfort and longevity, resulting in timeless interiors defined by natural textures, layered neutrals and carefully curated details.

With a deep understanding of architecture and context, she designs homes that are both elegant and deeply livable — spaces that feel grounded, welcoming and quietly memorable.

Luis Ismalej brings over 22 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and renovation, with a skill set that spans every phase of the building process — from structural framing to the final roof installation.

Luis has been a valued member of the EJ Home team for nearly five years, playing a key role in building and transforming homes with precision, durability and attention to detail. His ability to manage complex carpentry work, coordinate on-site progress and consistently deliver high-quality results ensures each project meets the highest standards.

Known for his strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to excellence, Luis takes pride in every home he helps create.

Szilvia is a highly resourceful financial operations and accounting executive who consistently provides exceptional support to company leadership. She is proficient across financial analysis, planning, reporting, cash-flow management, cost accounting and budgeting.

She has a proven track record of leading regulatory compliance initiatives and interacting effectively with auditors during year-end auditing processes, and brings strong staff management and team leadership skills to developing and updating the policies and procedures that keep operations running smoothly.

Frank is a seasoned technology professional with over 30 years of experience in information technology, specialising in network design, installations and security, delivering reliable infrastructure for businesses across the Northeastern United States.

His expertise extends to audio/visual systems, surveillance, VoIP phone systems and building automation for both commercial and residential environments — from presentation systems and video conferencing to integrated security, lighting, shade controls and intercom solutions.
